Services
We provide laundry, dry cleaning, tailoring, and garment care services with pickup and delivery across Long Island. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are subject to change.
Orders & Scheduling
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, volume, or other factors.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are hazardous, excessively soiled, or otherwise unsuitable.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are current but subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Liability
- We exercise the utmost care with your garments. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge for the affected item, up to a maximum of $200 per item.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, inherent fabric weaknesses, or improper labeling.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or submit false information through our forms. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
